….Or rather the champagne! Soon to be husband and wife, Sparky and Sprite are unstoppable! Good things happen to good people! Having not managed to keep their relationship secret (yes we all knew at the beginning!!) they did keep their auditions for “Putting On The Blitz” secret. They are joining a very successful vocal harmony quartet who travel the lengths and breadths of the country entertaining fans of the 1940’s, swing and big band. Needless to say both Sparky and (soon to be) Mrs Sparky won their places as additional members with ease and charisma. Watch facebook and the website for news of their maiden voyage as new recruits AND Mr and Mrs Sparky!
So this should be all about Sparky and Sprites inaugural MC act at Bicester’s Big Lunch. Their re-launch can wait as they were totally upstaged by a younger family member. With 20 minutes notice the young and very talented Cerys daughter to Sprite and step daughter to Mr Sparky took to the stage to duet with the Bangtail Feathers – a massively UK wide popular band who deliver swing, rock and roll to name but a few genres.
A nervous Sprite showed Cerys support from the wings on the main stage as this beautiful teenager rose to the occasion proving that she can over come mountains, valleys and nerves at short notice. This young lady gives Sparky and Sprite a run for their money. Her musicianship was clear to all and her professionalism was more than apparent. Well done Cerys, you played a blinder and owned not only the stage and the song but you stole the show! If you missed it watch it here now!

Having dedicated a fair amount of his time performing for care home residents, he has been invited to join The Order of St. John Care Trust as one of their preferred performers. Well done Sparky!
